Since plants are living things like us, they grow and change- just as we do! Unless the listing states otherwise, photos are ONLY representations of can be expected.
Minimal amounts of damage during shipping is very common, dropping yellow leaves/damaged leaves is a normal occurrence. I can truly only guarantee that the plant will be alive upon arrival with a healthy root system in place. I do my best to pack the plants safely to prevent any damage. Remember: Plants grow and change so even if a leaf or two arrives with some damage they will put out new ones!

As somebody who also frequently buys plants online, I understand the excitement of receiving a plant in the mail! I also understand disappointment of receiving something that is not what you anticipated.
